stayed at the Palace in Cancun for a relaxing getaway and it exceeded my expectations. The property was clean with plenty of fun activities to enjoy. I loved the beautiful hotel and rooms. Highly recommended!

The location for Cancun was great, short walk to the Riviera Maya, the restaurants, and a nightclub at the Sunrise resort. Furthermore, in a shopping center. Booked a room with a leaky bathroom. Coffee/tea making equipment and glassware were very handy.

I was happy with hotel's marvellous location in restaurants. Location: the property was near a nightclub, the Riviera Maya, and a shopping center. Had lunch/dinner at Arrecifes, which I found just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel...

I really enjoyed this stunningly beautiful place, stayed there for 6 nights. The room was comfy and amazing with a leaky bathroom.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was great. The hotel is located in a shopping center, which made it convenient to access all the activities the area has to offer.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great. However, I do believe that the hotel could improve in terms of the breakfast options.

The rooms had beautiful decor and the resort was large with plenty of space for everyone. The variety of restaurants offered a great dining experience. The gym was well-equipped and spacious. Staff at the pools and restaurants provided excellent service.

The decor in the rooms was modern and comfortable. We truly had a memorable stay at this resort.
